This final session will bring together Thomas Shaw CEO of Recruitment Directory, Riges Younan CEO of 2Vouch, Geoff Jennings Director & Founder of Online Recruitment and David Talamelli Senior Recruiter from Oracle Corporation.

Each panel member will have three minutes to give you their vision of recruitment in the future followed by an interactive questions and answer session. During the questions session you can explore topics from the day or the panelists views on the future of recruiting.

Geoff Jennings

Mr. Geoff Jennings has over a decade of experience in online media and senior management. Working as a senior manager with such companies as Fairfax Digital, he began as Senior Sales Executive and was soon hailed as national No1 in sales before moving into sales management.

After the sale of CitySearch Directories to Sensis, he moved to Fairfax Digital’s employment website mycareer.com.au as Sales Director where his primary focus was the relaunch of the website. After building strong relationships between Fairfax print publications and the employment website, in mid 2004 he moved to a role as State Manager for News Limited’s realestate.com.au, before deciding to operate his own company, Online Recruitment. This is now in its fourth year of operation and, as well as servicing the recruitment industry with the highest level of professionalism and integrity, it has also spawned the creation of Geoff’s blog, www.geoffjennings.com. It is often controversial, but offers a mixture of news and editorial that is needed in the industry, and is fast gaining the recognition as one of Australia’s leading online recruitment commentators.
